Product Description: The MasonryDefender All Purpose Concrete Brick & Stone Sealant is a high-performance, penetrating water repellent that combines silane and siloxane for long-lasting protection on concrete and masonry surfaces. This water-based product is a breathable sealer that does not alter the color or appearance of surfaces. It can be used on various exterior concrete surfaces such as driveways, patios, sidewalks, brick walls, stone walls, chimneys, and more. The sealer protects surfaces like concrete, brick, stone, sandstone, limestone, and granite without creating a glossy finish, although slight darkening may occur on dense surfaces. We recommend testing before applying to ensure desired results.

This product is designed to protect and waterproof concrete and masonry surfaces after using the MasonryDefender All Purpose Masonry & Concrete Cleaner. The Concrete, Brick & Stone Sealer covers a range of 90-150 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface porosity. Before application, make sure the surface is clean and dry for at least 6 hours. Available in 1 gallon and 2.5-gallon containers, the latter being easier to handle and pour. This sealer protects against cracking, pitting, and salt damage while enhancing the appearance of surfaces.

To apply the sealer, ensure the surface temperature is between 40°F and 100°F for three hours post-application. After cleaning the surface, use a low-pressure pump-up garden sprayer for even application. Start at the bottom for vertical surfaces, allowing the sealer to run down. Maintain a wet surface for 2-3 minutes before applying a second coat. Avoid puddling on horizontal surfaces. Allow 2-6 hours for drying, with full curing after 24 hours.
